Prices & Fees
All our prices are in SEK including VAT. We reserve the right for misprints
and rises in prices.
Offers
Discounts and other offers are deducted automatically with the order confirmation
that is sent from KAU fashion to the customer by e-mail for every order.
Colors
Please note that the colours are not 100% accurate on
the monitor and in the KAU fashion catalogue.
Freight & Service Charge
All orders are sent with cash-on-delivery. All orders, irrespective of how
much you order, cost additional 99 SEK.
If your order exceeds 1000 SEK freight is on the house. We reserve for clearance
sale.
Delivery times
If your product is in stock delivery is between 10-14 days. If it takes more
than 3 weeks we will notify you. If you don’t want to wait longer you
have the right to cancel the order. If you want extra fast delivery we can
arrange special delivery for additional charge. Wait-listed items are sent
free of any charges for postage and packing, you only pay packing and delivery
charge once per order. A package that has not been claimed will be debit for
150 SEK.
1 week approval
You have the right to return your goods within 1 week after collecting your
package. If you are not satisfied with the goods or would like to exchange
them, just return the item(s) to us. You are also entitled to cancel your
order if your delivery is unduly delayed. If you have cause for complaint,
or if you have received the wrong item(s), we will refund your postage. If
you return your entire order for this reason, any charges paid in connection
with the purchase, such as postage and package will be refunded to you in
full. Packages cannot be returned C.O.D. It usually takes about 2 weeks from
receipt of your package for us to process your refund.
Export
We sell on mail order all over Scandinavia including VAT, freight & cash
on delivery is 150 SEK. For deliveries outside Scandinavia we require payment
in advanced. Customers outside the EU shop tax-free, and pay 20% less than
the regular prices including VAT. Possible domestic VAT is paid for by the
customer.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, please return the garment unused or washed. We cannot
accept complaints concerning garments more than 2 years old.
